About the Role

The Sports Development Rep (SDR) will use their expertise and enthusiasm of golf to build authentic relationships and campaigns to engage with and demonstrate Onform’s unique capabilities as a video coaching platform to prospective coach customers.

We place a high priority on outreach to golf coaches, both academic and private. The SDR will be mainly focused on engaging and creating net new customers with a small percentage of time spent on renewals. We run a structured and disciplined approach to building a pipeline every day, strategically reaching out to those in the pipeline and following up on organic traction from our app downloads and webform leads.

Furthermore, the SDR will develop and coordinate campaigns using email, automated email, website messaging, in-app messaging, SMS, phone, direct messaging (social media), in-person trade shows etc. to engage prospective customers and convince them that Onform is the perfect mobile video coaching platform solution for their coaching needs and convert them to paying customers. This includes 1:1 Zoom demos, customer outreach and other tactical efforts during the sales process, including longer term cold lead follow up.

The SDR position will report to the Director of Business Development as they will work together to prioritize and target key coaching groups and potential customers.

Core Functions:

  • Responsible for creating activation strategies to meet our net new customer sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis

  • Reporting and analysis with the Business Development Director and Sales team on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of golf with demonstrable experience in all facets of the sport

  • Grit and resourcefulness with a can-do attitude to get things done

  • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn (coachable)

  • Excellent communication skills balancing approachability with assertiveness

Work Environment:

We are a remote-first culture with team members located throughout the world. This role routinely involves virtual meetings over varying time zones with the expectation that team members are present with limited distractions and robust internet connectivity.


Compensation package includes a competitive OTE compensation range between $42,000 and $65,000 USD. We provide a matching 401k plan and health and wellness benefits. Due to our remote culture we also provide a $300/month stipend for cell phone, internet services and wellness expenses. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
