Introducing Activity Feed: Your One-Stop Shop for Recent Notifications

Coaches tell us all the time that they receive notifications and then can't remember who it's from. So we fixed that. This month we released a new feature in the Onform app that many of you have been asking for: Activity Feed. We’ve heard how it can be difficult to keep track of everything when you have dozens or hundreds of athletes’ videos and messages, so we’ve created a way to see all of your athletes’ recent activity in one place.

Stay Updated

With Activity Feed, you can view all of your recent activity in one easy-to-find place. You no longer need to jump between different workspaces in the app trying to remember what messages you need to respond to, or which athletes have uploaded videos recently. Best of all, when you get a notification, it will be stored in the activity feed so you never miss another one again. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Messages: See all of your recent conversations with individual athletes or teams in one place and be able to quickly respond to each one.

  • Videos Added to Workspaces: Quickly access the latest files shared in your workspaces.

  • Videos Watched: Review the videos your athletes have recently viewed.

  • Athletes Joined: Stay updated on new athletes joining your team or workspace.

  • Reactions: Keep track of who has reacted to your messages.

  • And More: Enjoy a comprehensive view of all your interactions and updates.

Search & Filter to find just what you want

Sometimes you may not want to see a notification for every reaction or video watched. You just want to see recent messages. Activity feed was designed to allow you to filter to specific activities or search by athlete name or text in a message. Whether you want to focus on messages, videos watched, or videos added, the filters make it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for and it’s all time stamped so you can look back and see when each item occurred.

How to Access the Activity Feed

Accessing your Activity Feed is easy. Just open the Onform app, and you’ll find a new alarm icon labeled “Recent Activity” right underneath Reference Content on your home screen. This is where you’ll go to see a full history of your notifications.

Why You’ll Love the Activity Feed

Our goal with this release is to make your coaching more efficient. Here’s why we think you’ll love it:

  • Time-Saving: Spend less time searching and more time focusing on coaching.

  • Easier Organization: Find all your recent activities organized in one place.

  • Improved Communication: Stay on top of your messages and interactions so they don’t get lost.

Additional Updates This Month

In addition to the activity feed, we’ve rolled out a few other updates to make your experience in the app even better:

  • Faster and More Reliable Uploads: We’ve enhanced our upload process to ensure your videos are processed and available for review more quickly.

  • Streamlined Home Screen: Enjoy a cleaner, more intuitive interface

  • Extended Recording Limits: Capture more detailed sessions with up to 30 minute recordings

  • Organized Collections: View all collections that your athletes are a part of in one place

Share Your Feedback

As always, your feedback is important to us. Activity Feed was just one feature of many that we designed as a direct result of your feedback. Your suggestions for both new features and improvements help us shape the future of Onform. We love to hear from you!
