Today we are excited to announce the launch of the Onform app for Apple Watch. This simple companion app allows you to start and stop a video recording of a connected iPhone (note: Apple doesn't support controlling the iPad from the watch at this time), change recording modes and review videos all from your wrist. To install the Onform app for Apple Watch, make sure you download the latest iOS app from the App Store, version 3.0 (or newer) and it will be automatically installed on your connected watch.
Using the app is simple. First, launch the Onform app on your iPhone and open the camera from within any workspace. Then start the watch app and you'll have a simple interface to start/stop the camera, change modes and even watch the videos you record!
This new app makes it easy to setup an iPhone on a tripod or iRangeSports stand and record whatever action is happening safely from a distance. Combined with our auto-capture mode, you can record yourself while on the driving range or during batting practice in a hitting cage, and easily review your swings.
